The venue is nicely appointed and absolutely great

Its location is fantastic, really close to the Bistro around 10 pm, the zoo, the freeway, and the park. The service is attentive and includes free parking. Shuttle to surrounding areas is a nice option to use. At the lounge bar, they serve outstanding food and drinks

I was there to briefly to accurately answer this question.

The hotel was in the central setting very close to the convention center. The beds were extremely comfy, the rooms were newly renovated with sofa, everything was great.

Only 5 people allowed in the pool at once; this was the smallest hotel pool I have ever seen; we asked for 2 double beds and a room with a pull-out sofa - what we got was 2 double beds and chair with a foot stool; someone basically had to sleep in a chair for 2 days; the elevator smelled like a combination of BenGay and any spray; when we booked we asked for breakfast to be included - no one told us that breakfast was only served until 10 - we missed it; I think for the price, there were very few perks and luxuries

I was under the impression that they had a continental breakfast and they did not.

The rooms were perfect for our energetic kids, and the staff was always friendly and helpful, providing great service with the convenience of onsite parking.

Breakfast was adequate for my needs and food was prepared quickly .

Door lock wouldn't function reliably. Even with card reprogramed, I had to try five or six times to get the door to open. Location was isolated for me as I didn't have a car and had to walk to the event and walk to limited set of dinner options.

The Wheelchair Accessible room had soft beds, cool lounge chairs, and good lighting, making it very comfortable. The service was exceptional, and we were totally satisfied. The hotel's location was convenient, being just next door to Louisville and the local Churchill Downs.

They should have some free breakfast instead of charging for everything.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly nice. The hotel is fairly clean and has a hip vibe. The location is central, quite close to Kentucky Kingdom Amusement Park. The restaurant offers many healthy choices on its menu.

The shuttle service was terrible to and from the fairgrounds

The bed was extremely comfortable, the facilities were very clean my only issue is that the bar closed quite early and opened extremely late. I mean you would think a bar/cafe would be open throughout the day to accommodate the hotel's guess. That was my only issue though.

The bar opens too late and closes too early, also when I first arrived there was a complication with the third party site Booked.net and the manager at the time was very rude in telling me to get out of the room until the matter was resolved.
